As a Nutrition and Health Coach specialising in women's health, my primary goal is to support you to lead a healthier, more fulfilling life, with a focus on preventing chronic diseases and increasing longevity. Drawing on my background in psychology and nutrition, I aim to shed light on the intricate connection between your food choices, lifestyle, and mental well-being. Following a series of illnesses which had me bedridden for a week at a time, two winters in a row, I decided it was time to take action. My immune system was clearly struggling. A sugar addict since childhood, previous attempts to reduce my sugar intake had failed, so I sought advice from Beth. Her coaching, which also included suggestions for natural sugar substitutes and recipe ideas, helped curb my sugar cravings once and for all. I'm convinced that this new way of enjoying sweet treats and steering clear of added sugar is giving my immune system a much-needed boost and is helping me fight infections. An added bonus has been losing weight even without dieting!
